Attendee confirms they have read, understood and fully accept the complete World Future Forum Terms & Conditions available on the official website.
Attendee agrees that registration creates a binding agreement between the Attendee (and their organization, if applicable) and the Joint Organizers and confirms they are duly authorized to do so.
Attendee confirms that all information provided is true, correct and complete and agrees that the Organizers may cancel or restrict participation if any information is false or misleading.
Attendee consents to the collection and use of their data for registration, event access, communication, reporting and other lawful purposes as described in the main Terms & Conditions.
Attendee acknowledges that the Organizers may modify, reschedule, relocate, convert to virtual/hybrid, or cancel any session or the event and agrees to accept such decisions.
Attendee agrees to follow the event code of conduct, all rules, venue regulations, security instructions and any additional guidelines issued by the Organizers.
Attendee understands that the event may be photographed, recorded or live-streamed and grants the Organizers the right to use their name, image, likeness, voice and contributions for documentation, reporting and promotional purposes as per the main Terms & Conditions.
Attendee accepts the limitations of liability, disclaimers and indemnity provisions contained in the main Terms & Conditions and agrees that the Organizers will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury except as expressly provided under applicable law and the main Terms & Conditions.
